سرقوا فلوس تامين و سقف حمام طاح علينا و غلايه خربانه
Positive: اول ما دخلنا الشقه غلايه خربانه و كانوا يدرون محد جا يصلحها و سقف حمام طاح علينا و فلوس تامين قاعدين يماطلون و ما رجعوها لنا للحين و بعدين ردوا قالوا بنحضم فلوس غلايه 84 درهم و عقب سحبوا علينا و ما ردوا و أنا قدمت شكوى عليهم و ناطره فلوس كامله 1000 درهم و باركينق سياره كل ما أجي القى سياره ثانيه فيه و هم قالولي هذا موقف حقج و اكلمهم و يقولون بنشوف و يسحبون علينا
Negative: URGENT: Delayed Deposit Refund & Serious Safety Violations - Room [4214]
I am writing to demand the immediate refund of my 1,000 AED security deposit, which was officially due on the 23rd of this month. I am tired of the continuous delays and the daily excuse of "tomorrow."
Furthermore, I expect a serious response regarding the following dangerous incidents that occurred during my stay:
Safety Hazard: The entire AC vent cover collapsed and fell directly on me while I was in the bathroom.
Negligence: We suffered a total power and AC outage for 2 hours, and your team took 4 hours to respond after we complained.
False Accusations: Your team is now falsely blaming us for a defective electric kettle. The kettle was already broken upon our check-in (it wouldn't turn off automatically), and your team was fully aware of this.
Using a pre-existing defect as an excuse to steal my deposit after exposing me to physical danger is completely unacceptable.
If my 1,000 AED is not refunded within 24 hours, I will immediately escalate this matter and file an official complaint with the Consumer Protection Authorities and Dubai Tourism, backed up with all my evidence and photos.
I expect the transaction receipt today.

وانا لدى اهم من ذلك تعامله الموظفين كان الموظف رائع في التعامل واخلاقه طيبه وجميله شكر لكم
