A significant part of our day has been wasted because of these repeated delays and the time spent waiting for assistance. This has been extremely frustrating and exhausting, especially as I am pregnant and have my child with me. Considering everything we have experienced today, I believe this level of service is unacceptable, and I am requesting appropriate compensation for all the inconvenience, delays, and distress caused to us. Please let me know what compensation you will be providing to resolve this matter.
