Modern and smart apartment in great location for easy access to all Dubai has to offer Positive: Location is right in front of the Dubai Mall fountains which unfortunately were closed for maintenance during the holidays. Easy access to most locations including only 10min walk to Dubai Mall. Nice facilities including gym with most equipment needed, decent size temperature controlled pool including toddlers basin, separate lounge facilities including pool and Playstation room (equipment to be booked separately) and a indoor play room for toddlers. Negative: The self-catering apartment provided was somewhat lacking in adequate kitchen equipment which you would expect in a normal house. There was no toaster but upon request it was delivered within same day (excellent service). Keep in mind that any apartment facing the internal service roads inside Business Bay are facing two brand-new towers under construction as part of the Opera development with 24/7 working hours. Apartments facing Dubai Mall do not suffer same noise issues.
