Positive: Todo Negative: La atención del Hotel

We didn’t stay it was disappointing Positive: Nothing Negative: From the moment we stepped in the property no one was there to receive us and guide us and check us in. I came in with my 4 kids we were tired there was a person at the reception who told us to wait for someone to come to us although they knew we are coming and we were in touch via WhatsApp. To be honest they were excellent in communication via WhatsApp and the property was horrible from the reception area we never got to go up we were just upset at the way we were received we waited no one showed up and we never checked in and they charged us the full amount of our stay regardless. The reception lobby was very busy and loud and hectic and really made us not want to even go check out the apartment or wait any longer for anyone to come to the lobby to receive us.

exceptional Positive: من افضل الاماكن التى اقمت فيها في دبي يناسب العائلة وللأزواج من ناحية الموقع الاستراتيجي وحضور فعاليات النافورة والقرب من دبي مول ووجود غرفة العاب ونادي رياضي ومسبح للأطفال وللكبار وحراسه امن عالي ودخول ذاتي ذكي كما ان المضيف على تواصل مستمر ومتعاون جدا وغاية في الاحترام والتقدير One of the best places I have stayed in Dubai , Good choice for family or friends, There is a special section for the lobby: games room, gym , swimming pool children and adults, security guards, smart entry, and staysmart company is very cooperative and highly cooperative Constant communication Negative: لا يوجد nothing
