Positive: Overall, we were very satisfied with the accommodation and the entire experience. Despite the early check-in time, we were met by a company representative. The apartment was clean, well-maintained, and everything was practically new. The agency asked us several times about our well-being and offered any assistance. They also provided us with appropriate passes to move around the area for the New Year celebration. The location of the apartment is excellent, close to the attractions in Dubai Downtown. It is also a 15-minute walk to the metro. Otherwise, Bolt and Uber work great and the transportation costs are also affordable.
Negative: We didn't have any bad experiences.

Excellent customer service and apartment
My second time in this apartment and everything once again was wonderful. Customer service is amazing; so quick to respond and check in instructions clear.
The apartment is fully equipped, quiet and in an amazing location.
