Not recommended at all!!!!! 0/100 Positive: Nothing to be like in this place, so upset 😡 Negative: I booked the apartment through booking.com and paid everything in advance. When I arrived at 10pm to apartment they informed me that they have to collect deposit, I informed them that I didn’t know honestly and I have daily limit on my card and you will not be able to collect deposit and it’s 10pm please allow me to do check in then you can come to collect tomorrow morning however they strictly informed me that they can’t do that as this is their policy, I again requested them please let us check in as it’s already late and we are coming from Abu Dhabi and we have no place to stay but still they said they can’t, staff over the phone was not helpful at all and I requested to speak someone high management they might understand the situation however she didn’t. Again I politely asked them we are residence here in UAE and we are signing contract so we are not running away especially we are staying for two nights but still not helpful. Anyway I tried to explain many times however the women over the phone was not understanding the situation and keep saying pay deposit. I asked them my wife is in the car and she is sick, we don’t have any place to stay apart from here and we spent all our money here and we can’t book any other place, I asked kindly return our money back then we go to another place but funny her she still doesn’t want to help and not really understanding the situation. In the end we trusted people and we made reservation but we have to drive back to Abu Dhabi. We regret this happened and if in case management is reading my comment I would like to say please teach your team to be little bit helpful, as we are all human in the end and we know very well that everything has some solution. Thank you for returning back us to place where we come back. If someone is planning to visit Dubai trust me that there are many better place and more helpful staff in Dubai and I never recommend someone to book here for their stay.

Positive: My stay at Grande Signature Hotel was honestly one of the most beautiful and memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine professionalism from the staff, who made every effort to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. The hotel itself is elegant, modern, and perfectly maintained. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and designed with a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view added a special touch to my mornings and evenings. Every detail — from cleanliness to room service — reflected high standards and care. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more special. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore Dubai while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment. The facilities were excellent, offering everything needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Whether it was the ambiance, comfort, or overall hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai who is looking for comfort, elegance, and outstanding service. Positive: That was truly beautiful and relaxed staying with ! SmartStay is the best service here Negative: Only one minus was that building in front of badroom was so loud at the late night and it was difficult to fall in sleep!

UNSAFE FLAT FOR ME. Positive: I didn’t. I entered into the apartment I became very sick. I called them for help, and told them I couldn’t stay, but they would not try to even investigate why their flat was making me sick, I didn’t stay Negative: I went outside the apartment immediately I was ok. I requested a refund but they lied at booking that I didn’t show it. They stole almost $1,500 from me. GOD WILL BE THE JUDGE.
