Positive: My stay at Grande Signature Hotel was honestly one of the most beautiful and memorable hotel experiences I’ve had in Dubai. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed with warm hospitality and genuine professionalism from the staff, who made every effort to ensure my comfort throughout the stay. The hotel itself is elegant, modern, and perfectly maintained. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and designed with a relaxing atmosphere that instantly made me feel at home. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view added a special touch to my mornings and evenings. Every detail — from cleanliness to room service — reflected high standards and care. What truly stood out was the exceptional customer service. The team was always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with a smile, which made the experience even more special. The location is also very convenient, making it easy to explore Dubai while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment. Positive: That was truly beautiful and relaxed staying with ! SmartStay is the best service here Negative: Only one minus was that building in front of badroom was so loud at the late night and it was difficult to fall in sleep!

UNSAFE FLAT FOR ME. Positive: I didn’t. I entered into the apartment I became very sick. I called them for help, and told them I couldn’t stay, but they would not try to even investigate why their flat was making me sick, I didn’t stay Negative: I went outside the apartment immediately I was ok. I requested a refund but they lied at booking that I didn’t show it. They stole almost $1,500 from me. GOD WILL BE THE JUDGE.
