الشقة والتكييف السيىء Positive: قرب المسافة من دبي مول وبرج خليفه Negative: التكييف سيئ جداً وعدم وجود تنظيف يومي وتوجد بعض الحشرات

normal conditions, cannot be qualified as a luxury apartment Positive: The location and access to the Dubai Mall, the proximity to all the sights to visit, the view from the balcony towards the Burj Khalifa controlled acces into the building/security at entrance air conditioning general view of the flat Negative: the cleaning upon arrival was superficial the quality of the bathroom/toiletries products- poor quality the cleaning of the kitchen- oil stains on the walls the lack of a dishwasher- is recommended the lack of a mirror in the bathroom in the master bedroom (needs replacement) the stove and its operation were deficient the furniture was damaged in places the cleanliness of the carpet is not the best, it is soaked with dust/hair (needs professional cleaning) the mattress in the baby's crib was very dirty, however it had a sheet on top so that the dirt could not be seen (needs replacement).

Perfekt! Positive: Die Aussicht aus jedem Zimmer, vorallem aber vom Balkon aus, war einfach unglaublich, wir waren 5 Tage dort und bei jedem mal auch am 5. Tag an dem wir aus dem Balkon geblickt haben waren wir fasziniert. Man ist in 5min zu Fuss in der Dubai Mall oder vor dem Burj Khalifa!

This stay was awesome Positive: The ambiance, all items in the room fully functional, great views and accessibility. The kids liked the pools Negative: Not much really!
