New 3BR | Burj Khalifa View | Pool | Address Opera

l had a wonderful stay at SmartStay at Address Opera. The room was spacious and spotless, the staff were friendly and at Positive: Security Negative: The standard check-out time was 11:00 AM, which was quite early considering our flight departed late at night. Although a 2-hour extension was available for 210 AED, I believe it would be more convenient if the standard check-out time were extended to 2:00 PM, with the option to add additional hours if necessary.

Comfortable, luxurious, near to Dubai mall

From the booking process to follow up stay, early check in, cleaning services and check out process, just absolutely everything about SmartStay was seamless and hands on! Not to mention, the view of the Burj Khalifa from the apartment was phenomenal. There was 3 rooms - 2 queen beds and 1 king size bed in the master bedroom, 2 baths and 1 toilet. The kitchen was comfortable complete with everything we needed. I told Joelle that I found myself a home whenever I visit Dubai next. Thank you SmartStay.. You have definitely lived up to your name and you have my heart ❤️
