The cleaners ask me to push the trolley my self and the person on the phone wants us to leave before he provides a trolley! Three keys in my pocket and if I lost it I need to pay! Need to pay for any services and they didn’t clarify that before! Supervisor wants to apologize and gave us 1 hour without telling his team who came to fight us at the door! Sorry to say this is impolite behavior! They asking me to push 7 people lagauge my self! Who will return the trolley no one asked about that?they care about apartment more than customers!
