The cleaners ask me to push the trolley my self and the person on the phone wants us to leave before he provides a trolley! Three keys in my pocket and if I lost it I need to pay! Need to pay for any services and they didn’t clarify that before! Supervisor wants to apologize and gave us 1 hour without telling his team who came to fight us at the door! Sorry to say this is impolite behavior! They asking me to push 7 people lagauge my self! Who will return the trolley no one asked about that?they care about apartment more than customers!

Positive: Все супер, чистота, порядок, быстрое заселение, паркинг, удобное расположение. Супер вид!!! Сидишь на терассе и наслаждаешься прекрасным видом Бурдж-Халифа Negative: Такого нет. Нет ни одного замечания

اقامة فاخره و جميلة Positive: شقة جميلة جدا ، واسعه و شرحة ومريحة ،، دخول سهل و سريع ،، مطله على دبي مول والنافورة ،، جميع الملحقات موجودة مطبخ كامل و غسالة و نشافة وقريب من دبي مول 10 دقايق سيرا على الاقدام من خلال المواقف و النفق ، جميع تطبيقات التوصيل مطاعم وبقالات متوفرة و خدمة سريعة الى باب الشقة و يوجد مطعم فرايديز و بقالة قريب جدا داخل فندق روف اسألو السيكروتي عنه ،، خدمة العملاء فقط على الواتساب لكن متجاوبين و خدومين و اخص بالشكر الاخت وسن ماقصرت معنا خلال اقامتنا 3 ايام .. Negative: لا شي
