Positive: موقع ممتاز مشي إلى دبي مول 10دقايق او اقل نظافه الأثاث لايوجد روائح سيئه وجود خدمات وسرعه الرد من سمارت ستاي Negative: اتمنى الحمامات تغسل ب كلوركس اكثر نظافه و تعقيم و جوده غطاء الفراش يكون اعلى

كل شيء تمام بس تمنيت فيه اهتام بخصوص الغبار الديكورد مو هذاك الشيء حتى لو بعضه في سوء ما يهمني لكن الغبار مو المشكلة Positive: كل شيء لكن بعض الغرف فيه غبار و الكراسي مقطعه Negative: بعض الغرف فيها غبار و خصوصا السرير و الديكورات زي الكرسي حصلته فيه خدوش فا الديكور بعضه سيء

Positive: We travelled with 3 teenage boys, and the 4 Bedroom apartment was very ideal for this trip. The rooms were spacious, and clean and felt like home. We had a breathtaking view of the Burj Khalifa, the fountain and the entire downtown landscape. It was gorgeous! You can stock groceries, make coffee, heat up food and even cook. This was very convenient when the kids were hungry in the middle of the night. The amenities included TV (master and living rm) with Netflix, a washer and dryer, ironing facilities, bathroom amenities, a safe, hairdryer, kitchen/cooking facilities, spacious cupboard space and very comfortable bed. The staff, whom we communicated with via WhatsApp were extremely professional and prompt. This is so much more convenient than having a reception staff at the counter. Anytime you have a query or a concern, they are just a text away and they respond promptly. Upon arrival, a gentleman met with us at the lobby and brought us right up to the room and gave us a brief tour. Checkout was seamless with just leaving the keys on the dining table as we left. The kids enjoyed themselves, we felt comfortable and most of all we felt safe. We will certainly consider Smartstay for our travel needs in the future. This was an awesome, most memorable experience! Negative: The 4 Bedroom was advertised as having 4 rooms. However, only 3 rooms were properly fully equipped rooms. While the 4th room was simply a small space with a sofa bed and a mirror. It was the size of a small bathroom The gentleman mentioned this was usually used as a maids' room. This was disappointing and misleading. But the kids were ok to share and we didn't want this to ruin our holiday. It would have been nice to be transparent about the room configuration as we were a group of 6 Adults. I consciously reserved a 4 Bedroom for us. If it was clear it was a maids' room, I would have booked a 3 bedroom and saved some money. So the 4th room was not utilised at all throughout our stay. It's a shame.
