Clean accommodation and good location. Representatives from Smartstay were very responsive and would promptly reply to Positive: Location is near to Dubai Mall and accommodation was clean. Negative: The sharp corners of the glass table in the middle of the living room. Hubby walked into it a few times during his stay.

Best view of Burj Khalifa Positive: The view was AMAZING! I don't think you can get a better view of Burj Khalifa. It's very close to Dubai mall, lots of cafes and restaurants. The apartment was spacious and had all the amenities, the staff was very responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and I really enjoyed there were two types of pillows to choose from. Overall we really loved our stay and will most likely stay here again when visiting Dubai Negative: I know the sand is a problem in Dubai but I would have loved if the glass railing was cleaner so we could properly admire Burj Khalifa and the whole of downtown while sitting down on the balcony.
