Overall, our stay at the property was fantastic. The property is lovely and in an excellent location with breathtaking v Positive: The property was fantastic and the views amazing. Actually looked better in person compared to the picutures. Great location too. Negative: The only issue is the cooker which is freestanding and not built in which is a real hazard. My wife was cooking using the front burner where she placed a hot pot of food as the knob for one of the rear burners was broken. She also had food in the oven and tried to open the oven door which made the whole cooker slide forward with the pot on the front burner almost spilling over. My 1 year old son was also behind her when this happened and this could have caused major burns if the pot had fallen over so I really hope you take this feedback seriously and try to resolve it so it doesn’t cause harm to some one else.

Negative: I was charged an AED 1,080 deposit, which took almost a month to be refunded. The check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM, which is very inconvenient compared to most hotels. I also accidentally left my medication injection in the fridge, and housekeeping did not inform me. I had to follow up myself to retrieve it. Overall, the apartment was great, but the management, policies, and customer service need significant improvement. :::
