Decepcionante Positive: A localização é excelente! Negative: Tinha coisas quebradas, desgastadas. Como pediram um calção para danos, imaginamos que chegaríamos e teria tudo impecável. De acordo com o nível de exigência da empresa na locação. Mas tinha cadeira estragada, a pedra da bancada quebrada, as louças e panelas em péssima condições, parede mofada. Não tinha detergente nem nada do tipo para lavar louça, nem roupas. Não tinha pano de chão nem nada de limpeza no apartamento. Cuidamos de tudo como se fosse nosso, compramos o material de limpeza, deixamos tudo ainda mais limpo do que recebemos e no final cobraram uma taxa alegando que estragamos uma mangueira no banheiro. Que não estragamos! Quando questionamos ficaram postergando o reembolso até após o período sugerido inicialmente. Péssima experiência!! Não vale o desgaste. Tem vários hotel com valores menores e estrutura infinitamente melhor. Pagamos um valor justo pelas diárias inicialmente, considerando a localização porém saiu muito caro pelo calção não estornado e o desgaste. Pq ficaram prendendo nosso valor até um mês depois da nossa chegada.

My stay was lovely and comfortable, and I enjoyed it with my children. كان أحد أقرب الشواطئ Jumeir Positive: I liked the apartment; it was very comfortable, the location was very beautiful, and everything was close by. Negative: What I didn't like was that when I arrived, the employee asked me about how to get the deposit back. I told her I would pay in cash and get it refunded in cash, and she agreed. But when it was time to leave, I asked them about the deposit, and they said they would send it to my account within four days to two weeks. They were not honest from the start, and that upset me a lot. Then they asked me to come to the building, which is 25 minutes away from the apartment. That’s how they treated me.. The room air conditioners weren't cold, the room carpet wasn't clean and was old, and some of the towels were as well, but overall the apartment was nice and clean; there are just a few minor issues. The internet was weak, especially at night.

Simply an incredible stay, we loved it!!! Positive: An excellent property, and the area is incredible above all; the view from the apartment is stunning. Negative: We liked everything, though I would suggest leaving some kitchen cleaning products and sponges, as they are necessary and should be part of the service; otherwise, I recommend it 1000%.

Overall, our stay at the property was fantastic. The property is lovely and in an excellent location with breathtaking v Positive: The property was fantastic and the views amazing. Actually looked better in person compared to the picutures. Great location too. Negative: The only issue is the cooker which is freestanding and not built in which is a real hazard. My wife was cooking using the front burner where she placed a hot pot of food as the knob for one of the rear burners was broken. She also had food in the oven and tried to open the oven door which made the whole cooker slide forward with the pot on the front burner almost spilling over. My 1 year old son was also behind her when this happened and this could have caused major burns if the pot had fallen over so I really hope you take this feedback seriously and try to resolve it so it doesn’t cause harm to some one else.
