Apartamento excelente, localização extraordinária a preços imbatíveis, serviço impecável! Positive: A localização do apartamento, num 21º andar, foi extraordinária. O apartamento é amplo, com uma ótima varanda, super limpo e perto de mini-mercados e do Dubai Mall. O serviço é ótimo, e a comunicação com o anfitrião foi extraordinária, mesmo na resposta às mensagens enviadas.

Positive: We were checked in a little earlier. They gave us the keys and explained how to use them. The apartment was cleaned and completely ready for occupancy. Dubai Mall is 5 minutes away and there is a beautiful view from the window of the Burj Khalifa. Living in the very center of the city is really convenient. The house had everything necessary for living. Upon request, a baby crib was kindly provided to us. Personally, it was important for me to have an apartment near Business Bay, as my office was located there. The location of the apartment was genuinely convenient, especially with easy access for my family to Dubai Mall and other activities in the city center. The two adult pools and the indoor children's pool made it a perfect option for a family. Negative: Having only one key for the main entrance door for the entire family caused some inconvenience. There was also an incident with a chair in the apartment, which turned out to be poorly secured (with three different screws... it was clear the chair had been repaired multiple times before our stay). My mother-in-law sustained a minor injury in the form of a bruise. Thankfully, it wasn’t serious. To be honest, I expected some form of compensation from SmartStay, but nothing followed. Yes, a supervisor did come and said something along the lines of “we’ll definitely take care of everything,” but after that — complete silence. The chair was replaced three days later, and everyone acted as if nothing had happened. It’s not a big deal, we managed with just a minor bruise, but it did leave a bitter aftertaste.
