Positive: great location, friendly staff when checking in, the apartment has everything you need. The view over the Burj Halifa Tower and the fountains is fantastic!

Mould in bathroom, old and tired looking, no basics like toothpaste, slippers, no electrical sockets, rude staff Positive: Good location Negative: Dirty bathroom, mould on the tiles, water spills everywhere on the floor as there’s no shower curtain or shower door. No slippers or toothpaste. No plug sockets to use, all the sockets were full with gadgets that are required by the property. Nowhere to charge your phone. The door lock wasn’t working so we couldn’t leave the property for 24 hours. The staff were rude and didn’t compensate for our time lost. Instead tried gaslighting us into thinking them providing free towel cleaning was a great gesture that makes up for the time we lost sitting in the property. Nowhere to store luggage and no help to take luggage down during checkout. For the price they’re charging, they don’t provide room cleaning or fresh towels without additional charges. Disappointing experience.
